Delivery of goods-
Delivery charges apply to all items at the given price, unless otherwise stated.

Under no circumstances is any of the content on this website to be reproduced, distributed or sold. Any person or business wishing to use our content, be it images, text or video, they will need the express prior consent of Nice New Car Ltd. We reserve the right to make any changes to this website, at any time and without informing any person outside of Nice New Car Ltd.
Returns-
Any item can be returned to us within 14 days from the time of purchase. Faulty items will be thoroughly inspected by the respective manufacturer to determine the cause of the fault. In the case of manufacturing fault, the customer will be offered a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement item. Unwanted or cancelled orders/items will also be eligible for a refund although any postage costs incurred by Nice New Car ltd are non refundable. All goods returned to us must be well packaged and as close to the original condition of the items, including all accompanying items. Damaged goods returned to us or items deemed faulty due to misuse, incorrect fitting or general carelessness will either be subject to a reduction in the refund awarded depending on the condition or not refund at all. Returns should be sent to the following address along with the customer's details.

Goods-
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where customers have paid in advance.
Payment-
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card through this site or over the phone. Other acceptable payment methods include Paypal, Postal order, bankers draft, BACS, CHAPS direct deposit into our account, personal/company cheque. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay of service or non-delivery of goods. If this were to occur, then we would contact you within 48 hours.
Limitations of Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
For trade buyers, the Company is hereby excluded from any liability, howsoever arising, in respect of any express or implied condition, warranty or term, statement, representation whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the goods supplied. The trade buyer accepts that he is best placed to insure against losses which arise by virtue of any breach of this agreement and warrants that he carries adequate insurance in this respect.
Compatibility of goods is not guaranteed where modifications or alterations have been made to vehicles and the Company shall, in such circumstances, and entirely at its discretion, issue a refund or credit to the purchaser except where goods are special order items for the purchaser where no such refund or credit will operate. Where goods purchased by the buyer are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods to the seller for inspection and report (without the seller replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser further confirms that it shall be reasonable for the seller to inspect, repair or replace (at its option) such defective goods and allow manufacturers to undertake inspections so as to allow production methods to be modified. The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform the seller of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow the seller to remedy the defect, failure or interruption. Parts modified or adapted by the purchaser shall no longer be warranted by the manufacturer nor shall the Company be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification
